JULIE ACTON
ASSOCIATE PARTNER, HR & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
"There is no more valuable asset in an organisation than its people. I specialise in HR and industrial relations, ensuring not only that your workforce is nurtured and empowered but also that your policies and procedures are crafted to protect both the company and its employees, fostering an environment where everyone thrives."
Julie is a distinguished HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She has an established track record of managing industrial relations and employment policy in some of the most complex settings, including in the NHS and Higher Education sectors.
Adept at ensuring corporate policies support employer and employee alike, at Polaris Partners she heads up the HR Advisory practice to review - and if necessary rewrite - policies and procedures aimed at managing the workforce. She can also review organisational structures, making sure these are right for the size and scale of a business, and put in place restructuring plans if needed.
